I love to cook for people but never wanted to do it in a restaurant, on an everyday basis. It’s really hard work and I loose contact with people, spending the whole time inside a kitchen. However, from time to time, I find it very fulfilling to share my food with friends and guests.
The Greek Table is my way to introduce and share the great gastronomic culture of Greece and the Mediterranean. I cook with respect to products that each season has to offer, inspired by tradition and memories. Sometimes I do classic recipes, other times I'm more creative.
